I received an email today from the J. Crew factory? Umm… I was very confused. I decided to investigate. I knew very well about the J. Crew store, but unaware about J. Crew factory. I did a little research and could only find article dating back to September where it was only open for a 3-day sale. I don’t know if that still applies with it starting  again today until Sunday. I don’t think it does. Does anyone know for certain?

What I do know: J. Crew Factory is almost like an online J. Crew. So what’s the difference? They have very special discounts and it’s not the products they sell in their stores. It’s variations of the products they sell in the store. Sounds interesting and a great way to update your wardrobe without leaving your home.

I’ve had my eyes on these shoes, Corso Como Ballet Flats, for a while now. They are not high heels, but they still look super comfy and yet fashionable. They come in a variety of colors. I actually have my eyes on the black ones. I need a new pair of black flats since I have an obsession with wearing real ballet shoes out.

 Corso Como festive ballet flats are roughly $60 dollars, but at the moment Bloomingdales is selling them for $25 due to the holiday sales. 

Does anyone else know have other options on where to get super comfy, but chic looking black flats?

What do Natalie Portman, Blake Lively, Jennifer Lopez and Taylor Swift all have in common?

All these ladies are new faces for fashion and beauty projects.

Covergirl has released their first photoshot with their newest Covergirl: Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift was named a Covergirl in April.

Taylor Swift is the new face for Covergirl’s natureluxe products including Silk Foundation and Gloss Balm.

Jennifer Lopez has been named the new face for L’Oreal Paris. She will become the new spokesperson for the new Feria Color line of home care color.

For the fashion houses, Blake Lively and Natalie Portman has been named new faces for different products.

Blake Lively on the other hand as beennamed the new face of Chanel.  

According to Justjared.com, Lively traveled to Paris to shoot an ad campaign for a line of Chanel’s handbags.

Natalie Portman has earned some more success after all the great buzz from “The Black Swan.” She has agreed to be in her first ad campaign for Dior’s Cherie. Portman’s Ad will debut in March.

Don’t these remind you of Bono’s red campaign? They do to me. These bracelets like Bono’s are simple, but have a message.

Project360 strives to support the continuing research to find a cure for diseases such as Alzheimer’s and child starvation. The bracelets along with a variety of shirts strive to promote awareness. If you wear something with a message, people who are curious enough, will ask. Then they might even buy one too.

I only wish more of the proceeds would go to these causes. Like the Red Campaign, Project360 only donates a portion of their proceeds to their causes.

Which magazine did Emma rock better? Also, has her pixie cut grown on you? I’m still on the fence about it. 

Like any good actress, Emma Watson promotes her new movie by going on the cover of magazines. ”Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows” comes out Nov. 19.

Maria Claire is out Nov. 16th and the British Vogue Edition is out Nov. 4th.

“That’s so bananas!” Rachel Zoe would say.

Rachel Zoe is expecting her first child with her husband,  Rodger Berman according to US Magazine. 

Monday, Zoe attended her first appearance in awhile at ELLE’s 17th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute. She wore a beautiful Calvin Klein dress that looks super comfy and flawless in my opinion.

Following her twitter, I’ve discovered that she spent the day reading “Breaking Dawn”. This gives me reason to believe her pregnancy. No, not because it’s “Breaking Dawn”, but because Zoe isn’t working in her studio. She’s home, relaxing and reading. We know Zoe always likes to be on the move so relaxing is a surprise for me.

I won’t confirm her pregnancy, because neither has Zoe. Either way she looks healthier and happier since the last pictures of her I’ve seen. If the news is true, I’m so happy for her and Rodger! In last season “The Rachel Zoe Project” Zoe and her husband were working to make a family.

Fashion shows are times for the designers to show off their new styles for the coming season. It is also a time for the designers to show off who their connections are in the business.

It’s a cycle for their clients and themselves:

I wear your stuff, it gets attention for both me and you, you let me wear more clothing.

This circle is a little more complicated, but you get the picture. It’s good for both the designer and the one wearing the outfit.

My guilty pleasure like the paparazzi is eagerly awaiting to see who shows up to the fashion shows.

I was every so excited to see Keira Knightley make an appearance at the Chanel Spring/Summer 2011 Fashion Show.  Keira Knightley is currently the face of Coco Mademoiselle Perfume. 

The big buzz about her appearance was about her new bob haircut. What hairstyle can’t Keira do? So jealous….

Really? I can’t believe it, but I also saw it coming. During the season finale of the third season, Brad told the cameras he needed space and wanted to learn to be his own stylist. Rachel had taught him so much, but he didn’t want to copy her. He wants to style his future clients in the Brad Goreski way. He also probably wanted to see his boyfriend more. Once again in the Season Finale Brad wished to balance his career with his personal life because both mean so much to him.

At least Brad and Rachel parted peacefully unlike Rachel and Taylor. Will Rachel Zoe look to rehire another or bump Jordan to be her second in command? 

Remember during the third season Rachel fired that girl( whose name I can’t remember) within a month? Will she rehire her?

If Rachel Zoe returns to Bravo for a fourth season, Team Zoe will never be the same.
